Designer : Michael Fink , Peter Arcadipane
The model that pioneered the "four-door coupé" segment, sending shockwaves through the automotive industry with its swooping roofline derived from the W211 E-Class platform. The pillarless side windows created an exceptionally open cabin environment. The CLS went on to inspire an entire category of successors, from the CLA to the AMG GT four-door.
